1. Agreement Overview

5. Proprietary Rights and Licensing

Upon your acceptance of these Conditions, KNOWTECH grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable license to experience the Infrastructure for personal leisure.

Every component within the Infrastructure—spanning logic, visual assets, animations, audio tracks, and branding—is the exclusive intellectual property of KNOWTECH or its licensed partners, shielded by international copyright frameworks.

Replication, decompilation, distribution, unauthorized modification, or the creation of derivative materials from our Infrastructure is strictly prohibited absent written consent from KNOWTECH.

We offer no assurances regarding flawless execution, continuous uptime, or the alignment of the Infrastructure with your personal expectations.

KNOWTECH shall bear no liability for consequential, punitive, incidental, or indirect damages stemming from your interaction with the Infrastructure, to the maximum degree permitted by jurisdiction.

8. Amendments and Service Termination

These Conditions may undergo periodic revisions. The revised Conditions assume immediate effect once published within the Infrastructure. Persisting in your use of the platforms post-update constitutes your binding acceptance of the new terms.

We reserve the authority to instantly sever or suspend your access privileges should you breach these Conditions or if mandated by legal authorities.
